We are saddened to share that First Federal Savings Bank’s beloved leader for 56 years, Dick Belcher, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2022. He leaves behind a rich legacy of kindness, friendship, leadership, and service to his local community. Dick’s ability and interest to personally connect with others was key to his success in building lifetime friendships and leading First Federal.
